We have some updates for you…

Save the Date: Annual Summer Gathering
The annual lane-wide summer party will occur on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Join us on the upper lane for food, drinks, and neighborly camaraderie!

Safety and Security
It has been brought to our attention that lately there has been an uptick in incidents of thieves attempting to enter unlocked vehicles and rifling through vehicle interiors.

With this in mind, please be vigilant and ensure that all doors are locked — on your vehicle(s) and house — and activate any security systems you may have. Plus, to prevent thieves from stealing packages, we recommend retrieving packages as soon as possible after delivery.

East Gate Handle
Please be aware that the inner handle of the east gate on the upper lane is loose and easily becomes detached. Therefore, please treat it carefully for the time being. A new locking mechanism has been ordered. We’re hoping to see it repaired by the end of this week.

New Signage: Deliveries to Lower Lane
New signage has been posted to each gate on the upper lane. The signs say: “All deliveries to lower lane.” So, whenever possible, please be sure to include in any delivery instructions that deliveries should go to the lower lane.
