Dear Mayfair Lane residents,

We have some reminders and news for you…

Annual Summer Party

Reminder: The annual lane-wide summer party will occur on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Join us on the upper lane for food, drinks, and neighborly camaraderie! The gathering will be potluck style, so if you plan to attend, bring your own beverages and food!

Rain date: The forecast calls for rain, so if the weather conditions are poor, the party will be rescheduled to Monday, August 31, 2026. (We’ll send out a note on Thursday morning if the party will, indeed, be moved to Monday.)

Bulk Trash

Did you know: City of Buffalo residents can now put out three bulk items every single week, all year-round! The city has a number of rules regarding bulk trash.

Failure to comply with any of the rules of the curbside collection program may result in a fine from the city, so please be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules!
