Dear Mayfair Lane neighbors,

Drainage Project to Begin on March 11

On Wednesday, March 11, around 9 a.m., Hertel Plumbing will be starting a necessary project for underground drainage replacement in front of #8 and #10 Mayfair Lane.

They believe it will take no longer than two days to complete this work.

Disruption: Parking and Traffic Flow

There will be some disruption with parking and traffic flow on the lower Lane. Some households (most likely #7 and #9, but possibly others) might not be able to park in front of their houses.

If you are concerned about encountering limited traffic flow — and in order to avoid being asked to move your vehicle while the work is being executed — you may want to preemptively park on the street on March 11 and 12.
