Update: Drainage Project Duration

Dear all Mayfair Lane residents,

On March 11, Hertel Plumbing began a necessary project for underground drainage replacement in front of #8 and #10 Mayfair Lane.

New Project Duration

Instead of completing the project in two days (which was the originally estimated time frame), Hertel Plumbing now estimates that the project will continue through Saturday, March 14.

Disruption: Parking and Traffic Flow

There will be some disruption with parking and traffic flow on the lower Lane. Some households (most likely #7 and #9, but possibly others) might not be able to park in front of their houses.

If you are concerned about encountering limited traffic flow — and in order to avoid being asked to move your vehicle while the work is being executed — you may want to preemptively park on the street on March 12, 13 and 14.
