West Gate is Now Operational

Dear all Mayfair Lane residents,

We are pleased to inform you that Abraxas has completed work on the west gate on the upper Lane! Now that it is operational, we encourage you to use it and — over the next few days — let us know if you encounter any problems, so that we can report them to Abraxas. (For instance, we noticed that the outer handle might stick a bit.)

We emailed the gate code to all residents on June 7, 2026. You may need to press the “C” button to reset it before entering the code.

For safety, and to preserve the structural integrity of the gate and surrounding brick, please be sure that you and guests do not ever jump either of the gates (unless it’s an emergency situation). And please give the gate code only to those with whom you would entrust your own house key.
