Dear Mayfair Lane neighbors,

We have information for you regarding the House Hunters television show, as well as roof inspections.

House Hunters

We’d like to make you aware that an episode of House Hunters will be filming this Sunday, June 29, at #5 Mayfair Lane.

Crews are scheduled to shoot from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The filming will mostly take place indoors, with 1 to 2 exterior shots. Crews have been informed of parking rules on the lower Lane.

Roof Inspection Report

On Saturday, June 21, 2025, Angelo Sanfilippo (716-445-8767 or jets215@aol.com) and his team conducted a gutter cleaning and roof inspection on houses 1-20. Please see his report about recommended roof repairs.

Homeowners: Angelo invites you to contact him to schedule repairs. Keep in mind that as a homeowner, you are under no obligation to have Angelo execute repairs; choose any reputable roofing contractor. Also, Angelo will, as usual, try to schedule all Mayfair Lane repairs on the same day(s).
