Dear all Mayfair Lane residents,

We have some updates and reminders for you!

Holiday Party: Please RSVP

The Mayfair Lane holiday gathering is Friday, December 12, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Clement House on 786 Delaware Avenue. No later than December 10, please RSVP online to confirm either your attendance or regrets.

Winter Maintenance Advisory

The upper Lane will not be cleared of snow, but it will be usable/walkable during dry periods.

Delivery packages should continue to be directed to the lower Lane, as usual.

Please keep the apron area outside your upper door clear of snow and ice in case the need arises to use said door. Otherwise, the door will be frozen shut.

There is a bucket of salt/snow melt in the maintenance closet for our use. Please keep in mind that salt is NEVER allowed on the upper Lane.

Meeting Minutes

All Board meeting minutes are available in the “minutes” section of this website. The private password was included in a 12/7/25 email.

Parking

When parking in the space in front of your home on the lower Lane, please park as close as possible to the curb. Parking too far from the curb prevents others from safely navigating the lower Lane with their vehicles, and it puts your parked vehicle at risk of accidentally getting hit as neighbors try to maneuver in and out of a tighter space.
