(!) Lower Lane Traffic & Parking Impediments

Dear all Mayfair Lane residents,

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please be aware that vehicular traffic on the lower Lane (as well as parking in front of #7 and #9) will be affected today and possibly tonight + tomorrow.

This is because Hertel Plumbing just arrived at Mayfair Lane to fill in / blacktop the areas between #8 and #10. They will also fill in a few of the larger potholes on the lower Lane.

Once finished, they will cone-off the areas to prevent anyone from driving atop the new blacktop.

Therefore, please expect to drive around cones, and we ask that #7 and #9 please do not park in front of their homes, as it will impede the flow of vehicular traffic.
