Annual Meeting 2026 is April 27

Dear Mayfair Lane homeowners,

The annual lane-wide meeting for Mayfair Lane will be Monday, April 27, at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Purpose of Meeting

What is the annual lane-wide meeting? It’s an opportunity for all homeowners to gather to hear reports from Board officers and committees, as well as to discuss homeowners’ topics of interest. Additionally, the election of Board members occurs at the annual meeting. The Nominating Committee is in the process of confirming nominees. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting. (In order to vote, you must be current on quarterly dues payments.)
