Reminder: Annual Meeting 2026 is Today at 6:30 p.m.

Dear Mayfair Lane homeowners,

This is a reminder that the annual lane-wide meeting for Mayfair Lane will be today, April 27, at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom. This meeting is an opportunity for all homeowners to gather to hear reports from Board officers and committees, as well as to discuss homeowners’ topics of interest.

We sent homeowners the 2026 meeting agenda and minutes from last year's meeting as attachments in a recent email.

Election

The election of Board members occurs at the annual meeting. Board terms are ending for Bobby P., Alex E. and Anna Marie R.

The Nominating Committee has confirmed the following nominees for the 2026 Board election: Anna Marie R., Alex E. and Jess B. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting. (In order to vote, you must be current on quarterly dues payments.)

If you cannot attend the meeting but would like to vote in the election of Board members, please complete the Mayfair Lane proxy form and then scan/photograph and return to mayfairlaneboard@gmail.com OR print it and drop it in the lower Lane door-mail bag of #15 prior to the meeting. You can appoint any meeting attendee as your proxy.

Zoom Details

The annual lane-wide meeting will be held virtually, via Zoom. It will be recorded so that homeowners can review it later. We sent the Zoom link to homeowners in a recent email.
