Lane-Wide Meeting for Homeowners is 4/28/25

Dear Mayfair Lane homeowners,

This is a reminder that the annual lane-wide meeting for Mayfair Lane will be Monday, April 28, at 6:30 p.m.

Please check your email for the meeting agenda and minutes from last year's meeting. (Minutes are also available online.)

Election

The election of Board members occurs at the annual meeting. The Nominating Committee has confirmed the following nominees for the 2025 Board election: Andres V., Bob S. and Dan H.

The nominating committee has also confirmed one candidate to fill one soon-to-be vacant seat; Anna Marie R. is the candidate to fill the empty seat that will be vacated by Jeff P. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting.

If you cannot attend the meeting but would like to vote in the election of Board members, please download the Mayfair Lane proxy form. Then print, complete, scan/photograph and return to mayfairlaneboard@gmail.com or drop in the mail bag of #15 prior to the meeting. You can appoint any meeting attendee as your proxy.

The annual lane-wide meeting will be held virtually, via Zoom. Please check your email for the Zoom login info.
