Lower-Lane Drainage Remediation Begins on Oct. 29, 2025

Dear all Mayfair Lane residents,
Please be advised that starting tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct. 29, Hertel Plumbing will commence with the lower-lane drainage remediation project. They should be arriving between 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Hertel Plumbing anticipates the entire project should last about 4-5 days, barring any unforeseen issues. They also do not anticipate any disruption to our normal ambling and/or automobile activity.
Project overview:
Fix overhead leaking PVC drainage pipe at #17
Replace the steel casing pipes/leaders with fernco "Y" couplings, which will create easy access and commonality to the underground branches for regular monitoring and maintenance
Scope and snake/jet clean all 25 leaders/branches
Unforeseen issues that may arise (e.g., a crushed underground branch, etc.) will be handled separately.
