NEW Parking Update: Drainage Project

Dear all Mayfair Lane neighbors,

We have a new update for you about the drainage-repair project that is currently underway.

Hertel Plumbing has let us know that instead of returning tomorrow, they will return on Monday (March 16) to complete their work. As you will see, there is a work area marked off with cones. Please do not enter inside this area.

The lower Lane is navigable to vehicular traffic; just be sure to please navigate around the coned area. This weekend, there will be no parking disturbances.

However, on Monday, the parking spaces in front of #7 and #9 will need to please remain open so that traffic can flow through. For other households: If you are concerned about encountering limited traffic flow on Monday, you may want to preemptively park on the street.
